Hawk Training programmes are designed to improve the skills and knowledge of each individual, with the objective of providing smart, motivated, quality conscious and effective guards. In order to achieve this objective, the company has setup a fully equipped Training Institute where basic and refresher courses are conducted, for new and experienced guards respectively. The Institute also Undertakes specially designe courses for supervisory level and managerial level candidates.
HAWK INSTITUTE OF COMMANDO TRAINING HCPG : Located at greens of Dehradun. This Institute undertakes training programs starting from requirement of personnel to making them most efficient and professional Security Individuals.
RECRUITMENT : Our Strength of having good presence in Hills and States adjoining Hills like Uttranchal, Himachal plays an important role in having Good Percentage of Ex-servicemen and People from Hills as Trainees at our Training Institute, which in turn results into more dedicated and Honest Individuals as Guards or Supervisors on our role. The persons recruited by us are based on following parameters:
Composition of Our Recruits : We recruit mostly EX-Servicemen and Train them to perform security duties to the satisfaction level of clients. Apart from above, We also recruits NCC Trained Individuals and Civilians with Aptitude after verification from Our own investigators and give them rigorous training at HCPG before selection for performing security duties.
Age Parameters : Personnel recruited by us are of Minimum 20 years of age and Maximum 45 years of age. For Ex-Servicemen we have relaxation upto 50 years for Supervisors & above Ranks.
Training Program at HCPG : The Group Trains its manpower through its sister concern HCPG where It offers specially Designed courses to Provide Basic, Specialized Security and Fire Fighting Training to recruits and special refresher courses to already deployed Hawk personnel. Besides the in-house training courses for hawk personnel, programmes for large industrial and business houses. The company also offers awareness capsule Programme on various areas like Fire Prevention and control, VIP/Executive Protection Search Procedures, Guarding Skills.
Integrated Security Training Programme : HCPG conducts a series of Integrated Security Programmes on a regular basis, for security managers, and professionals responsible for security. The International Level Course Provides an opportunity for security management personnel to broaden their understanding on various security issues.
Every Employee is either a ‘Fire Hazard’ or a ‘Fire Fighter’ : People are the number one cause of fire. It is their mistakes or negligence that can cause a fire. Again, It is people, who can prevent a fire, when they are knowledgeable and fire safety conscious. We have trained Personnel & Trainers and We can also train your employees in identifying and eliminating basic fire hazards. We can train your employees in simple fire prevention and protection methods like how to call fire brigade, how to handle fire extinguishers, how to escape and help others escape and prevent property from Lasses. We can conduct Periodic Fire Drills at customer premises on request.
Security Defence Systems : We can provide latest Electronic Securitry Devices and Systems like Hand Help & Door frame Metal Detectors, Search Lights, Spot Lights, Inspection Mirrors, Trolley Mirrors, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Detectors, Breath Analyser, Alcohol Detectors, CC TV Cameras, Video Door Phones, Time Keeping Devices, Automatic Barrier Systems, Burglar Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Explosive Detectors, Bullet Proof Jackets, Podiums.

Level 2 – Industrial Security
Level 3 – Fire Fighting
Level 4 – Electronic Protection (only for Commandos)
Level 5 – Training at Site
